Please join us for 10 weeks to learn the basics of Body IQ Pilates. 
This course will offer you the six basic principles important to assisting you in building a blueprint for alignment,
strength, coordination, flexibility and control.  Exercises will focus on core movement integration.  
This course is educational, challenging and fun.     $175. for 10 classes 
Body IQ Pilates Intermediate Mat Class - 6:45p
This class is ongoing. The pace will ebb and flow based on form and function. 
It is for those who already know the basics of P-Mat and want to experience the challenge of a
rigorous paced class while perfecting form and function.

Learn the art and science of Body IQ® Small Ball Corrective Exercise; an integrated system of Corrective Exercise and Holistic Body Care. Instructor will learn exercise patterns to improve overall wellness, muscle alignment patterns for creating healthier muscle tone, improved posture, enhanced joint health, increased flexibility and improved core body strength. In this active, hands-on workshop all participants will learn and demonstrate, on their own body, and with others a basic understanding of the 6 Basic Body IQ Principles for moving a body safely, effectively. Partnering exercises are designed to teach participants proper body mechanics and how to work with others safely and effectively.
